HIS Homeschool Co-op Fees
HIS Homeschool Co-op is designed to be financially accessible to all families. Registration Fees are used to gain access to the churches' facilities, buy general supplies that keep our co-op running and pay the administrative costs that are part of running this group. In the event that you withdraw your registration, this fee is not refundable. Student Supply Fees are used to purchase supplies and curricula for co-op classes. These fees are refundable only up until the first week of co-op.
We require that payment for each semester be made within 3 days of receiving your invoice via RegPack, our online registration system. Your registration WILL BE CANCELED if you do not respond within 1 week.
At this time, we only accept online payments via PayPal to HISHomeEducators@gmail.com. No other online payments will be accepted. We also accept payments made via check or money orders.
If you have a financial need, please communicate with us before registering so that we can make special arrangements with you. (See more about scholarship info at the bottom of this page.)

Rachel Scholarship Fund
In honor of the memory of Rachel Edgar, a homeschooling mom who was a member of our group and who went home to be with the Lord in September 2011, we have the Rachel Scholarship Fund for those who need financial assistance. Rachel regularly contributed to help families out financially, and we want to continue to bless others and keep her memory alive. Scholarships are granted based on availability of funds. Those who are granted a scholarship are not eligible to enroll in classes that have an additional fee.
Please contact us to discuss scholarship or payment options BEFORE registration opens.
